Cosen Hydrolysed Gelatin is Type I collagen peptide, extracted from fresh bovine, porcine and fish skin, which is a high purity natural bioactive product containing more than 97% protein (on a dry weight basis), contains 18 amino-acids, includeing 8 out of 9 essential amino-acids. It is characterized by the predominance of glycine,proline and hydroxylproline,which represent around 50% of the total amino-acid content.This very specific composition of amino-acids provides hydrolyzed collagen with nutri-functional properties which can not be found with other protein sources.
